Terms of delivery

Our house rule is very simple and clear: every customer is a satisfied customer.


That is why we do everything possible to make our products as qualitative and original as possible, and deliver them to our customers’ homes.

Of course, despite all the supervision and care, sometimes, something may go wrong.

We do our utmost to make up for such situations, as quickly as possible. And we’ll go to great lenghts.

So, if you have a complaint, please send an email. Then we will find out what went wrong, and we will solve the problem. ( house rule 1 )
